We require a 24-hour notice for any appointment cancellations or changes. Failure to provide notice or multiple no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or pre-payment for future services.

Arrival

Please arrive on time for your appointment. We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early to ensure a smooth check-in process and to allow time for any necessary consultation.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid running behind schedule for other clients.

Health and Safety

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before your appointment to ensure a safe and comfortable service.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who may pose a health or safety risk to themselves or our staff.

Payment and Gratuity

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and select mobile payment options. Gratuity is not included in service prices but is greatly appreciated for exceptional service.

Returned checks may result in a fee and may require pre-payment for future services.

We do not offer refunds on services but may offer complimentary touch-ups or adjustments within a reasonable timeframe.
